Renovations & Additions

Renovate the Whole House Without Losing Your Mind — or the Schedule

Multi-room renovations fail in the gaps between trades — the week nobody shows because the tile guy is waiting on the plumber who's waiting on a decision nobody asked you for. The fix isn't better subs. It's one contractor who owns the sequence.

Whether it's a dated estate purchase, a flip on a deadline, or the forever home you're finally making yours, we scope the whole project up front, sequence it in writing, and communicate like the schedule matters — because for you, it does.

What You Get

  • One written scope and schedule for the whole project — not per-trade chaos
  • Decisions surfaced early, so selections never stall the site
  • A home that flows like it was designed, not patched room by room
  • For flips and estates: a timeline you can put in your pro forma

Full Renovations — Straight Answers

Can you work with an investor timeline?

Yes — flips are schedule businesses and we run them that way, with scope locked up front and weekly progress updates. Many of our clients are investors and agents.

How do you handle surprises inside old walls?

With photos, a written change order, and your approval before extra work happens. Central Jersey housing stock hides surprises; the difference is how transparently they're handled.

Do we have to move out during a renovation?

Depends on scope. Many phased renovations let you live in the house; full guts usually don't. We'll tell you honestly at the estimate — not after you've committed.
